The world’s cutest dryer balls Laundry with character
Six hand-felted wool dryer balls with little faces and a big job: softer laundry, less static, and no more dryer sheets for up to 1,000 loads.
- 100% New Zealand wool
- Felted by hand
- Up to 1,000 loads
Choose your laundry crew
Cats, dogs, penguins, woodland friends or plain white. The faces change; the laundry job is the same. Every set has six XL balls.
Cute faces. Hard-working wool.
Softer laundry, naturally. Wool tumbles between your clothes and softens them as they dry.
Goodbye, dryer sheets. One set replaces them for up to 1,000 loads.
Helps calm the static. Less cling and fewer wrinkles, so folding is easier.
Helps cut drying time. Clothes stay apart, so warm air moves through. How much depends on your dryer and load.
Three steps. No instructions needed. (But here they are.)
Toss them in
Add 3 to 6 balls to a small or medium load of wet laundry. For big loads, use all 6.
Dry as normal
Run your dryer as usual. The Heroes bounce around and keep your clothes from clumping.
Leave them there
They stay in the dryer, ready for the next load. Like a light scent? Add a drop or two of essential oil now and then.
Every face is a little bit different
Each Wooly Hero is hand-felted from premium New Zealand wool by women artisans, then given its face by hand. So faces, markings and colors vary from set to set, and yours won’t look exactly like the photos. We think that’s part of the charm.
Fur on everything?
As they tumble, wool dryer balls help lift pet hair off clothes and bedding and send it to the lint trap. Empty the trap after each load and you’re done.
And yes, the cat may want to supervise. Cat people tend to pick Kitty & Friends or Whimsicat & Friends; dog people, Puppy & Friends.
The gift that gets unwrapped twice
Once on the day, and again on laundry day. Wooly Heroes arrive in their own drawstring bag, ready for a stocking, a new home or a new baby.
Pick a crew that suits them: cats for the cat person, owls for the night owl, plain white for the minimalist.
Still using dryer sheets?
Dryer sheets soften by coating your clothes and go in the trash after one load. Wool softens as it tumbles and keeps going for up to 1,000 loads.

Before you buy
Do wool dryer balls actually work?
Yes. They tumble between your clothes and keep them apart, so warm air can move through the load. That helps cut drying time, softens fabric naturally and helps reduce static cling. Results vary with your dryer, load size and fabrics.
How many should I use?
3 to 6 for a small or medium load. For a large load, use all 6.
How long do they last?
Up to 1,000 loads. They’ll get a little fuzzier along the way, and that’s normal.
